Wunderlist FogApp Theme - Ubuntu 12.04
Our newly released Wunderlist FogApp 0.2 now has support for Themes, something that is otherwise impossible with Wunderlist. :) The Wunderlist FogApp also supports a version update checking system for the FogApp itself (for non-PPA users) and any installed Themes (for all users). Theme updates are only available for Wunderlist FogApp OFFICIAL Themes as they have to be tested and verified by us (here at Visuex). The downloads for the themes almost must be hosted here at Visuex.com to utilize the Themes Update Checker...if you don't want to use that, then you can host it anywhere you want.
- Attention -This is a fogapp which is a webapp based on the integration software known as Fogger, unfortunately Fogger is no longer in development and because of that we can no longer continue to maintain an app for abandoned software. If you are using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS then you can still use our app but it will not be modified for any other versions.
The themes utilize CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) to make alterations to the appearance of the Wunderlist UI. The downloadable archives will include just the CSS file to use because due to the WebApp nature, the images must be accessible online somewhere. It does not matter where the images are uploaded to as long as they support direct linking of the files.
The first theme available for download from Visuex.com is based on Ubuntu 12.04 and is compatible with all available versions of the Wunderlist FogApp. This version of the theme is far from done but it looks pretty good already so I feel it deserves a release at this point.
Ubuntu 12.04 Theme for Wunderlist FogApp
How to Install Themes:
Read through the installation information HERE and where it says drag&drop "default.css" instead use the theme ".css" file provided with your theme download.
How To MAKE Your Own Theme:
If you want to create your own theme simply by adding a custom background to your Wunderlist FogApp then go to the Themes Directory and download the "Custom Theme Template". If you want to use the "Ubuntu 12.04" theme as a the starting point just download the "Custom Theme Template - Ubuntu 12.04" instead.
Open the CSS file contained in the download, change the background image of the element "#bghelp" to whatever image you want to use...now save then drag&drop your new theme to the "styles" folder. If Wunderlist FogApp is open, close and reopen to enabled your new custom theme.
